A relaxation massage is a gentle form of massage that assists your body to relax and your mind to unwind.
A Therapeutic/Deep tissue/Remedial massage focuses on specific areas to help to provide relief to those muscular aches and pains and can help to increase movement through the use of deeper massage techniques.
Hot Stone massage combines relaxation massage techniques with heated stones. The stones are placed on certain parts of your body and also used as part of the massage sequence.
I can provide massage therapy best suited to your individual needs that uses relaxation or therapeutic techniques, separately or in combination with Reiki (if requested) to assist you with enhancing your well-being.
